A veteran of 25 years in the roofing industry, Andy Cabral began his career in commercial roofing as an apprentice roofer installing hot built-up, cold application and single ply roofing throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Since 1997, Andy has served as President of Cabral Roofing & Waterproofing Corporation, the influential company he created from the former family firm. He is responsible for coordination and the daily operation of the business - from policy formation to financial planning to major project management.

Deciderio Cabral
Vice President

As Vice President, Desi directs and manages the sales department, which includes project managers, the marketing department and the company’s public relations. He also has learned the business from the ground up. Gaining knowledge from working on the roof, he quickly learned the skills necessary to estimate jobs and then moved on to sales, administering the company’s Federal Contracts Program.

On a day to day basis, Desi oversees the Project Management team, including taking an active role in the sales and bid proposal process. The company’s marketing philosophy falls into niche marketing and seeks clients through a proactive marketing program. Public Relations round out the sales department, and he reviews all media that flow through the company.

As corporate Controller, Eloina oversees all financial and accounting activities for the firm, including monitoring of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In addition, Aguilar oversees all corporate and legal matters, as well as day to day office management.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned her degree in Accounting, Eloina has served as an accountant and financial analyst for several leading firms, including Paramount Pictures and Morley Construction.

Isaias Cabral
Project Superintendent

As Superintendent, Isaias is responsible for total project management, including the quality performance of all foremen and crews, and the smooth completion of client jobs. He interfaces with the client, subcontractors and company employees, ironing out issues including logistics, special clearances needed and oversees the timeline of the project.

With more than 25 years of experience in the roofing industry, Isaias started out as a roofer and worked his way up to foreman working for several major roofing firms before joining Cabral Roofing & Waterproofing Corp.
